\n1. ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O EDITAL 002\/2013
\nPROCESSO FREA-008\/2013 – PREG\u00c3O PRESENCIAL n\u00b0 002\/2013
\nA Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Regional Educacional de Avar\u00e9 COMUNICA a todos interessados em participar do Preg\u00e3o Presencial 002\/2013, que tem por objeto a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos de Inform\u00e1tica que:
\n1. As propostas para todos os itens dos lotes 1 a 9 poder\u00e3o ser feitas com pre\u00e7os at\u00e9 10% (dez por cento) superiores ao indicado no Termo de Refer\u00eancia \u2013 Anexo I do Edital 002\/2013, em face de grande varia\u00e7\u00e3o do pre\u00e7o do d\u00f3lar (que \u00e9 refer\u00eancia para composi\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os dos produtos de inform\u00e1tica).
\n2. Os prazos de pagamento referidos no item 12 do Edital s\u00e3o refer\u00eancias para eventuais propostas que n\u00e3o indiquem tal condi\u00e7\u00e3o. Havendo indica\u00e7\u00e3o na proposta, a mesma ser\u00e1 pass\u00edvel de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com o Pregoeiro, para atender as conveni\u00eancias da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o. Tal negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de prazo ser\u00e1 feita apenas com a licitante vencedora do Lote.
\n3. Com referencia ao item acima, apenas n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o consideradas mudan\u00e7as na forma de pagamento (DEP\u00d3SITO BANC\u00c1RIO), e nem pagamento antecipado de nenhum lote.
\n4. Em virtude da quantidade de Lotes o Hor\u00e1rio fica antecipado para as 13h00min do dia 17\/06\/2013
